YOGA FOR YOU
Prana Yoga is currently available for 1.2.1 lessons, small groups, workshops and one off events. Teaching various styles including Hatha, Iyengar and Yin yoga tailored for the class.
Classes typicaly include a breathing exercises, postures (asana) and relaxation. Some classes may also include an advanced posture master class, pranayama (more advanced breathing exercises), meditation and philosophy.
