PRIVATE 121 YOGA

Lessons often start with a simple breathing exercise to centre and calm.
Followed by yoga postures designed to strengthen, stretch, relax and calm.
We finish with a short relaxation.

Perfect for a working deeper, with a focus on healing, tailored for you on that day.


Bring: A yoga mat, blanket, water and a notepad and pen.
