YOGA FOR TODDLERS, CHILDREN & YOUNG ADULTS
Yoga is a great form of exercise for children of all ages. It helps them to become body aware and sometimes for a few minutes quieten down and relax! Toddlers and juniors love stories, movements and exploring something new.
Older children and teenagers find that yoga to a great way to exercise. They may also learn how to relax the body and mind; a great tool to have when studying or taking exams. Yoga supports competitive sports by helping to improve flexibility. On many levels it can help to provide some balance in their ever changing world.
Prana Yoga has taught yoga to children from two years old until teenagers. Well behaved children may attend evening classes with a parent or guardian.
