POSTNATAL & BABY YOGA - FOR YOU & BABY
For parents and baby until baby crawls. Please check with your GP/Health Visitor/Midwife that you are ready to start an exercise class. Some women may want to wait a few weeks. Classes are designed to heal the body after pregnancy and childbirth. Baby gets to watch, join in and stretch also. Get fit, flexible, tone and relax. A great way to share time with your baby and meet new people.

- Blocks and belt (if required)

- Car seat/Pram
- Changing bag or any other equipment used for outings
