POSTNATAL & BABY YOGA - FOR YOU & BABY

For Mums and Dads after delivery until baby crawls. Please check with your GP/Health Visitor/Midwife that you are ready to start an exercise class. Some women may want to wait a few weeks. Classes are designed to heal the body after pregnancy and childbirth. Baby gets to watch, join in and stretch also. Get fit, flexible, tone and relax. A great way to share time with your baby and meet new people.

What to bring:
  • Yoga mat (or non slip gym mat)
  • Blanket
  • Blocks and belt (if required)

For baby:
  • Food
  • Toy or pacifier (if required)
  • Car seat/Pram
  • Changing bag or any other equipment used for outings​
