I teach various styles including Hatha, Iyengar and Yin.
Classes vary depending on the group but are likely to include a breathing exercises, postures (asana) and relaxation. Some classes may also include an advanced posture master class, pranayama (more advanced breathing exercises), meditation and philosophy.
